Bypass Sliding Glass Shower Doors
Two glass shower doors that slide from a top-mounted concealed roller system within a steel or metal header. There are typically two metal wall jambs for support and a bottom rail to keep water where it belongs. The towel bar and handle-knob options will vary based on the manufacturer but most bypass sliding glass shower doors have either two towel bars or a towel bar on one side and a knob on the other. The edges of the glass panels are typically polished heavy glass without a metal frame.
At Elite Showers, we often use this configuration when a client wants to upgrade a guest bathroom and get rid of the shower curtain look or cheap builder-grade sliding doors. This is one of our most popular guest bath options in 2021.
